Job Type: Full Time
Compensation: Base Salary + performance commission (details discussed in interview)
What You’ll Do
Greet customers, learn their needs, and match them with the right vehicle and financing.
Make and receive phone calls to warm leads; clearly explain financing options and set appointments.
Guide customers through credit applications and paperwork.
Build long term relationships; follow up on leads, referrals, and past customers (phone, text, email).
Maintain accurate CRM notes, sales logs, and required state/finance paperwork.
What You Bring
Bilingual fluency in English & Spanish (required).
Strong phone presence—comfortable calling and speaking with potential leads.
Friendly, patient communicator who can simplify numbers and terms.
Prior customer service, retail, call center, or sales experience helpful—but we’ll train the right person.
Goal oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with monthly targets.
Basic computer skills (email, texting, simple data entry).
